About Me
Experience and Training
I am a professional, accredited therapist and have been self employed in private practice for years. I have extensive experience in working with anxiety, depression, stress, childhood abuse, trauma, social deprivation, chronic pain, grief, addiction, anger, PTSD, self harm, eating disorders, guilt, shame and more.
I have much experience in diagnosed mental health conditions and can recognise undiagnosed mental health conditions as I work with you and navigate you through the process of getting the diagnosis you may need.
I have extra training in online therapy, coaching, couples therapy, polyamory, gender diversity, ethnic diversity neurodiversity, men’s mental health.
I update my training regularly and work with clients from all over the world. Some places however my insurance doesn’t cover.
I have worked as a therapist for Thomas Theyer Foundation, The Elm Foundation, Talk, Listen, Change in Manchester and Ashgate Hospice.
I have supervision once a month with a supervisor who is a lecturer of counselling theory, a trainer and also has much experience in the field.

- Level 3 Certificate in Couples Counselling
